Product Description

The Group Lock Box, also known as Group Lock Box Mini, is made of special grade metallic sheet, duly powder coated in red color. It is designed to provide a reliable and efficient solution for group lockout/tagout procedures to securely store keys used for padlocks that secure lockout devices.

Key Features:

• Made of heavy-duty metallic sheets for durability and strength.
• Powder-coated in red colour as standard, other colors like Yellow / Blue / Green are available on request with minimum quantity required.
• Multiple slots in the box body and its flap are provided for holding lockout padlocks during group lockouts.
• Extra padlock can be installed on the locking buckle for added security.
• Ergonomic Stainless-Steel handle on the top side for easy handling and carrying.
• Customization options available on request for lockout messages in different languages, company logos, and department names.
• Individually packed in white corrugated boxes, and master carton contains 10 pieces.

Function:

When performing group lockout procedures, team members can place keys in this Group Lock Box. This prevents individual team members from accessing the keys and removing lockout installations independently, ensuring the safety of all team members. Once keys are inserted, up to seven padlocks can be attached to the box, one for each team member, making it virtually impossible to open the box without all team members present.

This specific model is the smallest version available. Other sizes are also available for use with larger teams.
