  • Stainless steel butterfly valve with pull handle adjustable lockout device is designed to effectively secure pull-handle butterfly valves commonly used in industries such as food and beverage, water utilities, chemical, pharmaceutical and wherever stainless-steel pipes are used for liquids.
  • The lockout device allows you to secure the valve handle in any desired position, whether completely closed, partially open, or completely open, providing flexibility and control over the valve operation.
  • The lockout device consists of a long main body and end cap. These two pieces are easily installed on the valve body cap & handle rod, jamming the lever in the desired position and preventing any movement.
  • The lockout device features holes that allow the installation of 1 padlock at a precise position. For installing more padlocks use a hasp.
  • Constructed from strong ABS; resistant to cracking, abrasion, and various chemicals, ensuring its durability and longevity in demanding industrial environments.
  • Can withstand extreme weather conditions and temperature fluctuations, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
  • Temperature resistance -20°C to 90°C
  • The lockout device fits over the valve stem up to a diameter of 35mm.
  • Completely adjustable to fit a range of valve handles, the cover slides to fit over the end of the valve where it can be locked in place.
  • The standard colour is Red.
